Start of a drumming career
The Experience Music Project (EMP) is (for me) one of the highlights of Seattle. Located in the Seattle Centre, this weird building by Frank Gehry hosts an 'experience' around pop music. Next to Boeing, Microsoft and Starbucks, Seattle is the home of Jimi Hendrix, Heart and Nirvana.

MAKE
Found out today that MAKE magazine accepts international subscriptions. The last time I checked, only US addresses were accepted. Even without building all those geeky projects, this magazine is lots of fun.

Marianne restored the tiles in the bathroom. Last saturday the mirror came down and hit some tiles pretty hard. She would be a great restorer of classic paintings but a bathroom is a start.

Groninger museum
De foto aan de wand is van Anuschka Blommers en Niels Schumm en hangt in het Groninger Museum. Dit is de vijfde foto in een reeks van (uiteindelijk) 366: gedurende elke dag in 2008 zal ik proberen een foto te maken en te plaatsen op flickr.com. Tot nu toe gaat het goed: ik heb er al 5.
